Bring in the day's leads, tag RPO + category per file, sift, and see an honest funnel.

① Where Pip reads from

Point Pip at your SID Vendor Uploads folder once — it auto-reads new ZIPs and skips Candidate_Master.
Not connected yet — click Connect OneDrive folder (hosted site only), or drop files in below.

② Drop files in

Job board is set automatically from the folder (SID → Indeed, LinkedIn folder → LinkedIn). This toggle only sets the job board for files you drag in by hand:
Puerto Rico & Canada numbers are held out by default — click to include them in this sift:
No files queued — click the dropzone to add a sample.
After a sift, new applications flow straight into Candidate Memory and feed tomorrow's Build List. Duplicates, international numbers, and missing-phone rows are dropped honestly — never silently.

Build today's list

Pick a team, choose how many each agency gets, and send. New people always go out first.

Running low? Add older leads you can re-use · optionalMost days you leave this at zero and send only fresh new people. Drag it right only when you don't have enough fresh leads and want to top up with older, re-usable ones — they get added on top of your fresh list.0 of 0
Drag to add recyclable leads on top of your fresh list.
Recyclables are previously-worked leads now past this bucket's reuse windows — each row shows why it qualifies. This setting is remembered per bucket.

Adjust the rules · optional — only for SFG, saved separately. Drag and the counts above move.

Possible re-contact 0 — still job-hunting, but not fresh for this bucketPeople still actively applying to jobs, but not a fresh lead for this team right now — usually because their most recent application was for the other line of work (e.g. Merchant Services, not Insurance), or they applied a while ago.

They're kept separate and never mixed into your list. You can reach out, but you'd word it differently — the usual "you applied to this role" pitch doesn't fit.
Order Each agency gets a stratified mix of RPO · title · JobBoard (by application date).
Per-agency amounts — editable for this divide only (resets next time). Type a number to cap an agency; leave one blank to give it the rest.  reset now
New, never-contacted people always go out first. Older re-usable leads only get added if you choose to. Each bucket keeps its own rules — change them in the "Adjust the rules" box above (saved per bucket).

Routing

Every job title Pip has learned and where it routes. New ones are confirmed when you sift — never silently.
titles in your confirmed book
Pip never auto-routes silently. A title only enters a list once you confirm it — because the same job title can mean Insurance for one RPO and Medicare for another, and can flip day to day.

Delivered = unique valid leads that vendor sent that day (international & missing-phone already dropped, same-day dupes collapsed). Billable = delivered minus any phone that the same vendor already sent in their own prior 30 days. A person sent by two different vendors is not a dupe — each is paid for their own unique delivery.
